Teacher Trainer

With a degree in Physical Education and Sport from the Lusófona University of Humanities and Technologies, a specialisation in Fitness (1998-2003) and a Master's in Sports Training Management from the Faculty of Human Motricity (2005-2007), Marlene Nunes is starting her career as an ALM trainer in 2025.

With diversified experience, Group Trainer since 1999, PT since 2011, Marlene Santos was Club Manager at Fitness Hut (2017-2022). She is currently the director of WellnessStudio, a position she combines with her work in Personalised Training and Pilates.

Matwork Level I, II and PT course at the Pilates Institute (2007). Diploma in Pilates on large ALM Pilates equipment (2022). ALM Studio, specialised training in Groups and Circuits, Ped-o-Pull, High Chair and Baby Chair, Clinical Pilates 1. Crossfit Level 1 Trainer Certificate CF - L1 (2016).
